Decker Update

Dear friends and family,
We would like to ask you to pray specially for the country of Senegal over the next few days . On Sunday will be the presidential elections. There have been several protest marches, and candidate marches that have gotten out of hand with people throwing rocks and others getting injured. We are praying for peaceful and fair elections.
Wednesday is the day we expect the official results to be announced. Many will be disappointed no matter what the outcome. Pray for safety for all involved and wisdom for those in charge.
We are stocked up with supplies and prepared to stay close to home, but are hoping that all will remain basically calm.
It was a privilege for me to spend time this week with many missionaries who have left Guinea, and I'd ask your continued prayers for them as they sort out all the possibilities for the days ahead. Pray for comfort, wisdom, and restoration for them-- many had very stressful journeys out of the country.
Thank you for your partnership with us. We look together for God's good work in this troubled region!

In His care,
Mary
